CWT Training Programme

wpcbc33152_0f.jpg

Introduction

The CWT training programme aims to meet the growing need for skills, understanding and experience of systemic constellations work within a range of settings. The constellations process demonstrates the inter-connectedness of all beings through the systemic fields in which we live.

Systemic constellations is potentially applicable in any field of influence and endeavour, from the deeply personal area of intimate systems, to the larger organising systems of business, government, social and cultural services, religious orders, environmental and ecological systems.

At the present time in the UK constellations is unfolding in a free and non-prescriptive environment, thus there are currently no accreditations or qualifications, and the work is not tied to any particular professional area. While systemic constellations is currently predominantly being taken up by people working in the psychotherapeutic field, it is also attracting people from many other fields. For Eligibility for these courses click here.

This course aims to mirror this freedom and non-prescription in its content, style and participation, and so is regarded as a post-graduate discipline. It is assumed that participants will have a prior qualification for the work that they do, and that their intention is to integrate constellations with that work.

The Training Programme

The training programme comprises two levels: The Basic Level Course and the Advanced Level Course. Together these two levels provide a comprehensive training programme to equip participants to practice and integrate the methods and philosophical ideas into their work. For eligibility on both courses click here.

The course is seen as part of a continuing professional improvement and development process. We recommend that this be supported by making use of peer groups, supervision and/or mentoring, participating in other courses and workshops and continuing your own personal development and growth.

The Basic Level Course covers the fundamental ideas and principles of theory and practice. This is predominantly by experiential work, but also through presentation of theory and ideas, discussion, small group and peer group work.

The Advanced Level Course aims to deepen our understanding of the principles of theory and practice by focusing on the development of personal style through supported facilitation practice, and by discussion of ideas and experiences.
