The Training Programme
The training programme comprises two levels: The Basic Level Course and the Advanced Level Course. Together these two levels provide a comprehensive training programme to equip participants to practice and integrate the methods and philosophical ideas into their work. For eligibility on both courses click here.
The course is seen as part of a continuing professional improvement and development process. We recommend that this be supported by making use of peer groups, supervision and/or mentoring, participating in other courses and workshops and continuing your own personal development and growth.

The Basic Level Course covers the fundamental ideas and principles of theory and practice. This is predominantly by experiential work, but also through presentation of theory and ideas, discussion, small group and peer group work.
The Advanced Level Course aims to deepen our understanding of the principles of theory and practice by focusing on the development of personal style through supported facilitation practice, and by discussion of ideas and experiences.
