• All Earlybird Payments must be received in the office before the end of the stated date.
• The decision as to whether a workshop will run based on sufficient numbers is made SIX WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. So it helps if you make sure you are signed up at least 6 weeks ahead of the event.
• If more than one workshop is booked at the same time, a 10% discount will apply on the relevant cost of both workshops.

SPECIAL NEEDS: We are keen that all our events are accessible to everyone. To help us fulfil this please let us know well in advance of any event if you have special needs so that we can ensure they are met adequately.
~ Generally we do not make refunds once payment has been made. We will however transfer funds to another workshop if required up until 6 weeks prior to the first day of the event. After this time no transfers are possible. There is an administration cost of £25 per transfer.
~ If we have to cancel a workshop you are entitled to a full refund or a free transfer to another event at the same price level (ie earlybird if that was valid for the original payment).
~ If a course of workshops is applied for (eg Basics or Advanced learning courses)
we will make a refund if the booking is cancelled a minimum of six weeks prior to
the date of the first workshop booked, and we will charge £25 per workshop booked
as an administration fee. (ie £100 for a 4-
