Practice: I am a Management Consultant, Organisational Development Consultant and Coach, & qualified and experienced state-registered teacher.

Constellations Practice & Experience: experienced practitioner, studied Family & Organisational Constellations since 1996 including one year’s training with CWT. Provide in-house coaching (1-2-1 Constellations) some open-access Constellations groups with leading organisations including Nokia, W H Smith, Unilever, Academy for Chief Executives, Dept of Trade & Industry etc. I teach organisational constellations to business consultants and managers. I have published several articles on organisational constellations. I co-organised the UK’s first international organisation constellations conference, am an editorial and business advisor to The Knowing Field Constellations Journal and organisational advisor to Constellations Work Trainings.
