REFUNDS POLICY
Applies to workshops that I organise only.
~ Generally I do not make refunds once payment has been made. I will however transfer funds to the next workshop if required up until 6 weeks prior to the first day of the event. After this time no transfers are possible. There is an administration cost of £25 per transfer.
~ If I have to cancel a workshop you are entitled to a full refund.
